Canada's population
As of 2013, Canada has a very large population of 34.5 million people living in its borders and the picture to the right shows a detailed population pyramid of the age of the citizens of Canada. There is a moderate amount of younger people, but the population begins to increase at the ages of 15-19. As the pyramid shows, there is a large spike in people between the ages 45-65, mainly due to the fact that these citizens are baby boomers, which means they were born in a time where babies were born at an alarming rate. The population takes a drastic decrease after 80, as most of Canada's citizens don't live past 80. This population growth based upon this graphs shows the population is going to increase over the years, especially in the younger population.
